Each year at Easter for the past many years, I read the Easter passages in each of the Synoptic Gospels & John and ask the Lord to speak to me afresh.

What an amazing God we have!
How full of life, grace and kindness He is!!

Even if we have let him down or struggled in different ways, He still loves us unconditionally.

This is shown so clearly as we remember the first Easter. With God Himself being ready to come down to earth, live as a man and die as a man for all humanity. Our sins upon Him that we may be free.

We can be forgiven. We can experience His mercy and grace. This is never so clear as at Easter time.

Have a read of the Gospel stories. Let them live for you as they do for me. Let the resurrection life of Christ move mountains in your heart and life.

Maybe you’re in a tough place. Or maybe you’re on the mountain top. Either way God moves mountains. We see this so clearly when we remember the stone rolled away. The tomb is empty.

Christ is risen. He is risen indeed. He is alive. Celebrate resurrection life and know that you are forgiven and free. He loves you and I so deeply.
